How we can help
Order status & tracking
- Most orders are produced and ship out in 2–7 business days.
- Tracking can take up to 5 business days (U.S.) or 7 business days (international) to fully update.
- Multi‑item orders may ship separately.
Change or cancel an order
We can edit/cancel before production starts. Please contact us asap with your order number and the change needed. Once in production, changes aren’t guaranteed.
Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item
We’ll reprint or refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Order number
- A short description
- Clear photos of the issue (design/area) and the packing slip or shipping label
No need to return damaged items.

Because items are printed to order, we can’t accept returns for size or buyer’s remorse—but email us and we’ll try to help with a solution.
