Orders & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. After that, U.S. delivery is usually 2–5 business days (Standard) or 4–8 business days (Economy).
How much is shipping?
U.S. Standard is $3.99 and Economy is $4.75. Orders $50+ ship free in the U.S.
My tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?
Tracking may take 2–5 business days to show movement after the label is created. If it’s stalled longer, email us and we’ll check with the carrier.
Will my items ship together?
Sometimes no. If a design comes from different facilities, items may ship separately and arrive on different days. You’ll get tracking for each package.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes—before it enters production. We print quickly, so contact us ASAP with your order # and the change needed.
What if I entered the wrong address?
Please reach out immediately. Orders shipped to an incorrect/undeliverable address aren’t eligible for a free replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Our main focus is U.S. delivery. If you need international shipping, email us and we’ll confirm availability and timing.

What blanks do you use?
Comfort Colors® garment‑dyed tees (plus matching long sleeves, crewnecks, hoodies, and youth tees).
How do the shirts fit?
Relaxed unisex fit. Order your usual size for a classic look; size up one for oversized.
Is there a size chart?
Yes—see our Size Guide. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a looser fit.
Why can colors look slightly different?
Comfort Colors® garments are garment‑dyed for a vintage look—minor shade variation between batches is normal and not a defect.
How do I care for my shirt?
Wash cold, inside‑out. Tumble dry low. Avoid bleach and fabric softener for longest print life.
Do you offer youth sizes?
Yes, many designs include Youth Tee options. Check the Style dropdown on the product page.
Returns, Exchanges & Issues
Do you accept returns or exchanges for size/fit?
Because items are made to order, we can’t accept returns for size/fit or change of mind. Email us and we’ll help with sizing and a discounted reorder when possible.
What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
We’ll reprint or refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order # and clear photos of the issue (close‑up + full item + label/packing slip).
My order shows Delivered but isn’t here.
Check with neighbors and the carrier. For porch theft, we’re not able to replace free of charge, but we can help with a discounted reorder.
My package is lost in transit.
If tracking stalls for an extended period, contact us (within 30 days of the expected delivery date). We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement when appropriate.

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit/debit cards and PayPal (where available).
Is my payment information secure?
Yes—payments are processed by secure third‑party processors; we don’t store full card numbers.

Do you include receipts/prices in the package?
We do not include printed invoices by default—your email order confirmation is your receipt.
