Because every item is made to order through our print partners, we focus on getting your order right the first time. If something goes wrong, we’ll make it right quickly.

What’s eligible
We’ll replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, misprinted, incorrect, or with a manufacturing flaw.
To approve your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- Photos that clearly show the problem (close‑up of the print/area) and one photo of the full item
- A photo of the packing slip or shipping label (helps us verify the provider)
In most cases, you won’t need to ship anything back.
What isn’t eligible
- Size or fit issues, or buyer’s remorse (every item is printed just for you).
- Color/monitor differences or small variations common to garment‑dyed Comfort Colors® blanks.
- Wear & tear after washing/using the product.
- Orders with an incorrect / undeliverable address, or refused/unclaimed packages.
- Late carrier delivery outside our control when tracking shows in‑transit/progress.
Lost packages
If your tracking hasn’t updated for a while or the carrier can’t locate your package:
- Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We’ll investigate with the print provider/carrier and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
Exchanges
We don’t offer traditional exchanges for size/fit since items are printed to order. If you ordered the wrong size, email us—we’ll help with sizing and a discounted reorder when possible.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it’s issued to your original payment method.
- Processing time: 3–10 business days depending on your bank.
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the issue is our fault (defect/misprint/incorrect item).
Order changes & cancellations
We can modify or cancel an order before it enters production. Once production has started, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
How to start a claim
Email [email protected] with subject “Return/Exchange – Order #[your number]” and include the photos described above. Most messages receive a reply within 1 business day (Mon–Fri).
Please do not mail items back unless our team provides return instructions—unapproved returns can’t be processed.
Legal & notes
This policy applies to U.S. orders fulfilled via our print‑on‑demand network. We reserve the right to update these terms. Your consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
