Shipping Policy

We make each item to order and ship across the U.S. Below is everything you need to know about timelines, rates, tracking, and what to do if something goes wrong.

Processing time

We print and pack orders in 1–2 business days. Business days don’t include weekends or U.S. holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves the facility.

Shipping methods & estimated delivery (after production)

United States

  • Standard: typically 2–5 business days — USD $3.99
  • Economy: typically 4–8 business days — USD $4.75

The delivery windows above begin after your order is produced. Actual transit time depends on the carrier and destination; rural addresses and holiday periods may add time.

Shipping rates & free shipping

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on the items in your cart and destination.
  • Free U.S. shipping on orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax).
  • Express options may appear at checkout for eligible items/locations.

Tracking & multi‑shipment orders

  • All orders include tracking. Tracking events can take up to 2–5 business days to appear after a label is created.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Address accuracy & order changes

  • Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect or undeliverable address aren’t eligible for a free replacement.
  • We can modify or cancel an order before it enters production. Once production has started, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed.

Delivery issues

Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll reprint or refund—no need to return the damaged item.

Lost in transit

If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms a loss, we’ll investigate and arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Delivered but missing (porch theft)

Once a package is marked Delivered, we’re not able to replace it free of charge. Please check with neighbors and your local carrier; we can help with a discounted reorder.

PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO

  • Most Standard/Economy services deliver to PO boxes.
  • Express options (when available) may require a physical street address and aren’t available for APO/FPO/DPO.

Peak seasons & unforeseen delays

Weather, carrier capacity, and holiday volume can cause delays. We’ll do our best to keep you updated, but these factors are outside our direct control once a package is with the carrier.

Returns & exchanges (shipping-related)

Because each item is made to order, we don’t accept returns for size/fit or buyer’s remorse. For any printing or quality issue, we’ll make it right. Shipping fees are non‑refundable once an order has shipped.
