Welcome to ShirtVista (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and our products and services. By visiting or purchasing from ShirtVista, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase from the Site. If you are under 18, you may only use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3) Account & information accuracy
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at checkout and to keep it updated (including shipping address and contact details).
4) Orders, acceptance, and cancellations
- Your order is an offer to buy; we may accept or reject any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing/availability errors, or limitations on quantities.
- If we cancel an order after a charge, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Because many items are made to order, you may cancel or modify an order only before it enters production. Once production begins, changes are not guaranteed. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
5) Pricing, taxes, promotions
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and fees are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected method. Promotional codes and discounts are subject to their own terms and may not be combined unless expressly stated.
6) Shipping, risk of loss, and delivery
- Processing time is typically 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted.
- After production, U.S. delivery estimates: Standard 2–5 business days ($3.99), Economy 4–8 business days ($4.75). Free U.S. shipping on orders $50+ (after discounts, before tax).
- Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
- Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide or as indicated by the carrier’s delivery scan. Multi‑item orders may ship separately.

7) Made‑to‑order products & color variance
Most products are made to order via our print‑on‑demand partners. Small variations in color/placement or between garments (especially garment‑dyed Comfort Colors® blanks) are normal and not defects.
8) Returns, exchanges, and problems with your order
We stand behind our products. For damaged, misprinted, or incorrect items, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will reprint or refund. Because items are made to order, we do not accept returns for size/fit or change of mind. See Returns & Exchanges.
9) Third‑party services
We work with trusted third‑party partners (e.g., Printify production providers, payment processors, and carriers). We’re not responsible for third‑party websites or services we do not control. Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and policies.
10) Intellectual property
All content on the Site—including designs, graphics, text, photos, logos, and trademarks—is owned by ShirtVista or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
User content (reviews/photos)
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant ShirtVista a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, publish, and display that content in connection with the Site and our marketing, in any media now known or later developed. You represent that you own or have rights to the content you submit and that it does not infringe any third‑party rights.
11) Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Site for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems; (c) interfere with the Site’s operation; (d) collect data from the Site using automated means without permission; or (e) submit content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
12) DMCA / copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with: (1) your contact info; (2) identification of the copyrighted work; (3) the URL of the allegedly infringing material; (4) a statement of good‑faith belief; and (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. We may remove content and/or terminate repeat infringers.
13) Privacy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy which explains how we collect, use, and share personal information.
14) Disclaimer of warranties
Except as expressly stated, the Site and products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non‑infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error‑free.
15) Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShirtVista and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits/revenue/data, arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of USD $100 or the amount you paid to ShirtVista for the product(s) giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
16) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ShirtVista from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
17) Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [State/Country], without regard to conflict‑of‑laws rules.
Dispute resolution (optional): Before filing a claim, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing [email protected]. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes may be resolved by binding arbitration in [Montana, Usa] on an individual basis, and not as part of a class action, to the extent permitted by law. You and ShirtVista each waive the right to a jury trial. (Consult counsel to ensure this section complies with your jurisdiction.)
18) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
19) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Site with a new Effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
